Refund policy

This is a draft for the sandbox. Have it reviewed before real payments start.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled, every paid order is refunded in full automatically and tickets are voided. You get an email.

Rescheduled events

Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, contact the organizer for a refund.

Changed your mind?

Sales are final unless the organizer says otherwise. You can send a ticket to a friend for free, or list it for resale at or below what you paid if the organizer allows resale.

Payment plans

Your tickets are valid as soon as the first payment clears. Any balance left is flagged at the door.

Free RSVPs

RSVPs cost nothing. If you cannot make it, cancel from your ticket page so your spot goes to someone else.
