Fees
Simple, flat pricing. Free events and free RSVPs cost nothing. For paid tickets, SURGE charges a flat $1.75 per ticket plus card processing at cost (2.9% + $0.30).
What buyers pay
Organizers choose who pays. By default the buyer pays the fees and the organizer keeps 100% of the ticket price. Organizers can instead absorb the fees so buyers see one all-in price.

Everything else
Resale carries an organizer-set fee, never above the face value of the ticket. Payment plans, add-ons and deals use the same per-ticket fee. There are no monthly fees and no fees on comps.
